Public Sharing of Interactive Performance Work: #ZUmasters

A free public sharing of brand new interactive performance pieces in development by University of Greenwich MA Contemporary Performance #ZUmasters & associated PhD students. MA Contemporary Performance #ZUmasters is a laboratory programme designed to support the next generation of diverse, innovative performance-makers by equipping them with practical tools and creative craft to advance their personal practice and vision. The course, partnered with the University of Greenwich and ZU-UK, focuses on emerging practices in the fields of performance, live art, interactive theatre, contemporary dance, music and game design, preparing graduates to work as independent artists, curators, and producers. As a culmination of the Interactive Performance module’s work, students will share a piece of work they have developed, alongside an opportunity to experience ZU-UK audio experience, DECELERATION. Renaissance: First Evening of New Writing

Is it a genre of art, a time period, an intellectual movement, or can it also encompass intimate and personal forms of rebirth and change? Across two evenings, final year writing for theatre students will present their original short plays, which span the breadth of time, space and gender to explore what it means to have a renaissance; socially, politically and individually.
