Richard, patriarch of a well-off family, has died, leaving behind two beloved family members, his wife Geraldine, and John. They do not see eye to eye, and every time they see each other, tension begins festering however they are forced to come together to decide on whether to bury or cremate Richard. After several trials of tense shouting, and arguments a mechanic who is a friend of the family, helps to create a sense of unity between mother and son, but how long will the peace last as the family’s secrets begin to emerge?

The Amazing Theatre Company presents Horsemen, a dark comedy musical coming soon the Bathway Spring Festival. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse have gathered to decide whether to unleash Armageddon on humanity. With only 1 hour to decide they enlist the help of a recently deceased lawyer to help decide if humanity will thrive or die. What will they decide? Will humanity survive the night?

This ingeniously constructed play is set in three separate flats over a bank holiday weekend. Shifting backwards and forwards in time, it depicts a triangle of relationships: Michael, a homosexual, who is in love with his flatmate Andrew, who in turn is having an affair with Lesley, whose partner Tina seeks respite in the arms of Alison.

Nick Payne’s Constellations is coming to Bathway! Focusing on the relationship between two individuals, Roland and Marianne, we explore a few of the infinite possibilities of what’s to come for both of them, thanks to the theory of the multiverse! From every drink they have or don’t have to every confession they share or don’t share, we find out what’s in store for their future(s). One relationship, two people, infinite outcomes!
